Crane Operator - Multan, Pakistan



As a Crane Operator in Multan, Pakistan, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to move heavy materials and equipment on construction sites. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month. Previous experience is not required as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. Additionally, accommodation will be provided for our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes such as mobile, tower, and overhead cranes according to safety regulations and manufacturer instructions
- Inspect crane equipment before use to ensure proper functioning and report any malfunctions to the supervisor
- Lift and move materials and equipment to designated locations using the crane controls
- Follow signals from ground crew or other operators to ensure safe movement of materials
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate crane movements and complete tasks efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance on cranes and report any issues or repairs needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Valid crane operator license/certification
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, or technical manuals
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Strong communication skills in English (Urdu proficiency is a plus)
- Prior experience in operating cranes is preferred but not required

Working Conditions:
This job requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. You may also need to work at heights or in confined spaces. Physical demands include standing for long periods, bending, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting up to 50lbs.
