Surveyor (Contract)


Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team on a contract basis in Muharraq. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and creating accurate maps and measurements to assist in various construction and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using the latest surveying equipment and techniques.
- Gather data, measurements, and information from various sources including aerial photographs, plans, and field observations.
- Create accurate maps and charts using computer software programs.
- Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries, topographical features, and other essential information.
- Prepare detailed reports of survey findings for clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to assist in planning and executing construction projects.
- Ensure all survey activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Geomatics Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Surveyor in a construction or development setting.
- Proficiency in the use of surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners.
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and techniques.
- Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to perform complex calculations quickly and accurately.
- Proficient in using computer software programs such as AutoCAD or GIS for mapping purposes.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this contract position.

Location:
This position is based in Muharraq but may require occasional travel to different project sites within Bahrain.

Visa Requirements:
We welcome candidates who already hold their own work visa for Bahrain. Please note that we will not be able to sponsor any visa applications for this position.
