We are in search of a talented and experienced Indian Chef to join our team at a restaurant located in the vibrant city of Lom. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking authentic Indian cuisine and be able to create innovative and delicious dishes that will delight our customers. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen, ordering ingredients, creating menu items, and maintaining food quality standards. The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality or have extensive experience cooking Indian cuisine
- Proficient in English
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Indian Chef in a professional kitchen
- Knowledgeable about traditional Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage kitchen staff effectively

Responsibilities:
- Create authentic and innovative Indian dishes for our menu based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to quality standards and presented in an attractive manner
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain proper storage of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen at all times
