Our construction company is seeking an experienced Mason to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Mason, you will be responsible for building and repairing structures such as walls, floors, and chimneys using materials like brick, concrete and stone. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in masonry work and be able to interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately. You must also have excellent hand-eye coordination, physical strength, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. This is a full-time contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and repair structures using materials like brick, concrete and stone
- Interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately
- Lay out patterns or foundations according to plans
- Mix mortar or grout for spreading on surfaces
- Use tools such as trowels, levels, hammers and chisels to shape materials
- Ensure all work meets safety standards
- Collaborate with other team members on projects
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in masonry work
- Ability to interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical strength to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- High attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)
- Valid biometric passport
