Entry-Level Interpreter in the USA

As an entry-level interpreter, you will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient interpretation services in various settings such as business meetings, medical appointments, and legal proceedings. Your main duty will be to facilitate communication between individuals who speak different languages. This is a full-time job with a salary of $1500 per month.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and at least one other language
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of cultural differences and sensitivity towards them
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- No prior experience required, training will be provided

Responsibilities:
- Interpret spoken or written language from one language to another accurately and quickly
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times while interpreting
- Understand the cultural context of both languages being interpreted and relay it appropriately
- Use specialized vocabulary in specific fields such as medical, legal or business terminology as needed
- Ensure accuracy by seeking clarification if necessary or requesting feedback from both parties after interpretation is completed
- Keep up-to-date with industry terminology and trends by attending workshops or conferences as needed
