Gardener Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and care of our gardens in Vilnius, Lithuania. As the Gardener Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of gardeners and ensuring that all gardening tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of gardeners, assigning tasks and monitoring their progress
- Train new gardeners on proper gardening techniques and safety procedures
- Plan and schedule gardening activities, taking into account seasonal changes and special events
- Monitor plant health and identify any pests or diseases, taking appropriate action to maintain a healthy garden
- Maintain equipment in good working condition and ensure proper storage after use
- Purchase necessary supplies and materials for gardening tasks within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different plants, trees, flowers, and vegetables commonly found in Lithuania
- Ability to lead a team effectively and delegate tasks accordingly
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in order to effectively communicate with team members from different backgrounds

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. We welcome applications from all nationalities but proficiency in Lithuanian would be an advantage.
