Puncher (Indian or Filipino)


We are in need of an experienced Puncher to join our growing team in Malindi. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for punching holes, notches, or other shapes in various materials such as metal, plastic, or wood. This is a physically demanding job that requires strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Study blueprints or work orders to determine punching specifications
- Set up and operate punching machines according to specifications
- Position materials under the punching machine and adjust settings as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain punching machine by performing regular cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Puncher or similar role
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and work orders
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of different types of punches and their uses
- Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position.

This position is based in Malindi, a beautiful coastal city in Kenya known for its sandy beaches, clear waters, and vibrant culture.

Nationality/Visa:
Preference will be given to Indian or Filipino candidates for this position. We also provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for qualified candidates.
