Crane Operator



As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating cranes to lift, move, and position heavy loads at construction sites in La-Condamine. This is a contract job that requires extensive experience in operating cranes and holding a valid biometric passport. You will work with a team of construction professionals to ensure safe and efficient movement of materials and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes to lift and move heavy loads according to project needs
- Perform pre-operation checks on crane equipment to ensure safe operation
- Communicate with ground crew through hand signals or radio communication for precise load placement
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating the crane
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust crane operation as needed
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including load charts, maintenance logs, and safety reports
- Inspect rigging equipment regularly for any signs of wear or damage
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to coordinate lifting activities

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Crane Operator in the construction industry
- Valid biometric passport for international travel (if required)
- Proficient in reading load charts and understanding crane specifications
- Familiarity with different types of cranes, such as mobile, tower, crawler, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception for precise load placement
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with ground crew and team members

Salary:
The salary for this contract job is 1100$ per month.
