We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Al Hufuf. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online clients. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product recommendations. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to work full time. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate department.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing product recommendations.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge in order to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Online Consultant or similar role.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations.
- Experience with online support tools is preferred.
- Ability to work full time including weekends if necessary.
- Biometric passport is required for travel.
