Accountant for English-Speaking Kenyans in Izhevsk with Accommodation and Biometric Passport

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant who is a native English speaker from Kenya to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and budgeting.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Communicate with clients to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction or optimization.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Keep up-to-date on changes in accounting regulations and standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accountant.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Must be a Kenyan national with a valid biometric passport.
- Knowledge of Russian language is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
