We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Sheduva. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. You will also be in charge of creating work schedules, ordering supplies, and monitoring inventory.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train restaurant staff
- Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by handling complaints and resolving issues promptly
- Create work schedules for employees
- Order supplies and manage inventory
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items
- Oversee restaurant maintenance and upkeep
- Handle budgeting, bookkeeping, and payroll tasks
- Conduct performance evaluations for employees

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field is preferred

Salary: 1200$ per month
