We are hiring an entry-level Concrete Worker to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. This is a full-time position that does not require prior experience in the field. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for mixing, pouring, and smoothing concrete for various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Gather and prepare materials needed for concrete work
- Set up and clean work area before and after each project
- Use various tools and equipment to mix, pour, and smooth concrete
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe work environment
- Assist with the construction of forms and molds for concrete pours
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Adhere to project specifications and instructions from supervisors

Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- No prior experience in concrete work required, but any relevant experience is a plus
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions from supervisors
- Ability to work well in a team environment
