Industrial Architect - Jerusalem

As an Industrial Architect in our firm, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various industrial buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to create functional, safe, and efficient spaces that meet the needs of our clients. This position requires a high level of creativity, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine their specific requirements and expectations for industrial projects
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop cost estimates and project timelines for each project
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule
- Monitor construction progress on-site to ensure compliance with design plans
- Make necessary adjustments to design plans as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A keen eye for detail

Salary: 1600$ per month
