Industrial Architect

Our growing design firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for developing creative and functional designs for industrial buildings and spaces. This includes conducting site visits, analyzing client needs, creating design proposals, and overseeing the construction process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial architecture and be able to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Analyze client needs and develop design proposals that meet their requirements
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative and functional designs
- Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on large-scale industrial projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Prior experience managing projects from concept to completion

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1500 per month. We welcome candidates of all nationalities who meet the requirements. Please note that this is an on-site position in Jerusalem without accommodation provided. A valid biometric passport is required for this role.
