Computer Systems Analyst


We are hiring a Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Herzliya. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating computer systems, identifying inefficiencies and providing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with IT teams, business partners, and clients to understand their needs and develop effective systems that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing computer systems and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and develop new systems or upgrade existing ones
- Meet with clients or business partners to understand their needs and define project requirements
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resources needed, and budget estimates
- Test new systems to ensure they meet functional requirements and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Provide training and support to end-users on new or upgraded systems
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for enhancements or modifications as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to identify potential opportunities for improvement in our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages (Java, C++, etc.)
- Familiarity with database management (SQL)
- Experience with system analysis tools (e.g., UML diagrams)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Herzliya (open to all nationalities)

Employment Type: Contract (renewable)

Experience Level: Mid-Senior level
