Housekeeping Manager


We are hiring a Housekeeping Manager to oversee and manage our team of housekeepers in Al-Rayyan. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility, managing inventory and supplies, and training and supervising housekeeping staff.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Train new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and company policies
- Schedule and assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
- Handle guest complaints or requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to meet overall facility standards
- Monitor budget and expenses for the housekeeping department

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a hotel or resort setting preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper handling, storage, and disposal procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Filipino or Nepali language proficiency is a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in hospitality or related field is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. We welcome candidates from all nationalities but prefer Filipino or Nepali applicants. No English proficiency is required for this role.
