Housekeeping Manager

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel in Al-Rayyan. This individual must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to lead a team of housekeeping staff. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards
- Order and maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies
- Monitor expenses and control costs within the housekeeping department budget
- Conduct regular room inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure efficient operations
- Implement and maintain procedures for proper handling of lost and found items

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a hotel setting preferred
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
