Barista for Nepali in Bayan, Kuwait


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee and has excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Ensure quality control of all products
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and make recommendations to customers
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Must be Nepali national
- Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of different brewing methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be physically fit to stand for long periods of time
- English language skills preferred but not required
