Head Baker - Moscow, Russia


As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the baking department at our busy bakery in Moscow, Russia. We are seeking a talented and experienced baker with a passion for creating delicious baked goods and leading a team. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have previous baking experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations of the baking department, including recipe development, production, and quality control
- Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure timely production
- Train and supervise a team of bakers to maintain high standards and meet production goals
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate orders and maintain efficient workflow
- Develop new recipes and seasonal items to keep our menu fresh and exciting
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
- Monitor equipment maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a baker in a high-volume bakery or similar setting
- Knowledge of various baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining positive working relationships
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Preferences:
- Previous experience as a head baker or supervisor
- Familiarity with Russian baking traditions and ingredients
- Proficiency in Russian language
- Prior experience working in an international setting
