We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, design experiments, and develop solutions that drive business results.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems that can be solved using machine learning techniques
- Analyze large data sets to extract meaningful insights
- Design experiments to validate hypotheses and improve model performance
- Evaluate and select appropriate tools and technologies for each project
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Continuously monitor model performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes
- Stay up-to-date with latest advancements in machine learning techniques and tools

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts such as regression, classification, clustering, neural networks, etc.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R or Java
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL or similar tools
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to find solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Salary:
$1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Los Angeles (remote work may be considered)
