Puncher for Construction Company in Bungoma, Kenya



We are a leading construction company in Bungoma, Kenya and we are seeking an experienced Puncher to join our team. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the construction and assembly of structures. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month, and we offer accommodation and visa sponsorship for our employees.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or related field
- Strong understanding of building materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Indian nationality preferred
- Must be willing to relocate to Bungoma, Kenya

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the construction of structures by punching holes, cutting materials, drilling screws, etc.
- Ensure all materials are properly measured, cut, and installed according to blueprints or instructions
- Inspect completed work for accuracy, completeness, and quality standards
- Report any issues or concerns with materials or equipment to supervisor
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear while working on site
