Indian Sales Manager in Plovdiv, Bulgaria
We are searching for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As an Indian Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales professionals. You will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with the best solutions for their business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Build strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends
- Prepare sales reports and forecast future sales trends
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Must have legal authorization to work in Bulgaria without company sponsorship
This is a full-time position, suitable for men who are passionate about sales and have excellent leadership skills. We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month plus commission, based on performance. Please note that this job does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship.
