Administrator - Malindi, Kenya
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English. As an administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations and ensuring efficient administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies
- Organize and maintain company files and documents
- Coordinate meetings and events, including making travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Assist with recruitment processes by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor office budget and expenses
- Handle any administrative tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
