Office Manager Assistant

As an Office Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our office in Bergen. You will work closely with the Office Manager to ensure smooth functioning of all administrative tasks and provide support to our team. This is a part-time role with a salary of 1600$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinating with external vendors for office maintenance and repairs
- Assisting with organizing company events and meetings
- Maintaining office records and databases
- Greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate personnel
Requirements:
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
