Job Title: Executive Chef at a Luxury Hotel in Monte-Carlo



We are searching for an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious luxury hotel in Monte-Carlo. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus that showcase the hotel's high-end dining experience
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain consistency and efficiency in food preparation
- Oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed
- Monitor food costs and adjust menu pricing accordingly
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service for guests
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu items

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, food presentation, and menu planning
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1700 per month. Other benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth within the company.
