Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in La Condamine. This includes managing and motivating staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining financial records. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the food and beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Train and supervise staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and organized dining environment
- Create schedules for employees based on business needs and labor budget
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistent standards are met
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus that reflect current food trends and meet customer preferences
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales figures, and expenses
- Implement cost-cutting measures without compromising quality or customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Proven track record in managing budgets, inventory, and financial reporting
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
