Office Manager
As an Office Manager at our company in Fonvieille, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating with various departments to support the overall functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily administrative operations, including scheduling appointments, responding to emails, and handling phone calls
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely orders are placed when needed
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services
- Prepare and manage financial reports, including budgeting and expense tracking
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and assisting with performance reviews
- Plan and organize company events and meetings as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in an administrative or office management role is advantageous but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1700 monthly (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Fonvieille (accommodation not provided)
