We are a growing welding company in Izhevsk seeking an experienced and skilled Welder from Nepal. As a Welder, you will be responsible for assembling and repairing metal structures and equipment using various welding techniques. Your main duties will include reading blueprints, measuring materials, operating welding equipment, and ensuring the quality of your work meets industry standards.

Requirements:
- Must be from Nepal with a valid work visa or willing to obtain one
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Welder
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills in English

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
- Measure materials accurately to ensure proper fitment before welding
- Operate various welding equipment including MIG, TIG, and stick welders
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards
- Maintain a clean work area and properly store all tools and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures while working with hot metals
