Civil Engineer - Construction Project Manager
City: Beer-Sheva, Israel

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our construction team in Beer-Sheva. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using AutoCAD and other design software
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Fluency in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets and timelines
- Review architectural plans for accuracy and feasibility
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor progress of construction activities on-site
- Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
