Civil Engineer - Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Construction Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all stages of construction projects, from planning and design to budgeting and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with excellent leadership and communication skills. This is a contract position with accommodation provided, making it an ideal opportunity for non-native English speakers or individuals looking for job opportunities in Beer-Sheva. A free visa and ticket will also be provided for selected candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets and timelines, and ensure adherence to both
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor progress of projects on a regular basis and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project resources effectively to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Communicate project updates regularly to stakeholders and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure high standards are met throughout the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in civil engineering or project management role
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
- Excellent knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards project goals
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software preferred
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Hebrew is a plus
