Handyman for Property Maintenance

We are in need of a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our property maintenance team in Vilnius. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the proper upkeep and functionality of our properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Inspect properties regularly for any damages or issues and report them to the appropriate supervisor
- Assist in the installation and repair of appliances, fixtures, and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or management
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for maintenance tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina to handle various tasks throughout the day
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred:
- Experience working in property maintenance or similar field preferred but not required.
