Lead Plumber (Pakistani English-Speaking)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Plumber to join our team in Akron. As a Pakistani English-speaking professional, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating plumbing projects for our clients. Your main responsibilities will include supervising a team of plumbers, troubleshooting and repairing plumbing systems, and ensuring quality workmanship.

To be successful in this role, you must have extensive experience in plumbing and be fluent in English and Urdu. You must also have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members. A valid plumbing license is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of plumbers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and develop effective solutions
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure all work is completed according to relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Train new plumbers on company policies, procedures, and techniques
- Maintain accurate records of work performed for billing purposes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plumber with at least 5 years of experience
- Fluent in both English and Urdu languages
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
and team members
- Valid plumbing license
- Thorough knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, materials, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1700 per month
