IT Support Specialist


We are a technology-driven company based in Eschen, seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our employees and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems and excellent problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to our employees and clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Keep track of all support requests and provide regular updates to users
- Train new employees on company technology and procedures
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify areas for improvement in our systems and processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or IT support position
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems (Windows, Mac OS)
- Experience with troubleshooting tools such as remote access software and diagnostic programs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with security protocols and data privacy regulations is a plus

Location:
This position is based in Eschen but we are open to candidates from other cities or countries who are willing to relocate. Please note that there is no English language requirement for this job.
