Merchandising Specialist - Dickirch, Canada

As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the visual presentation of our products in retail stores in Dickirch. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute merchandising plans in alignment with company objectives
- Conduct store visits to ensure proper placement, display, and availability of products
- Build strong relationships with store managers to ensure optimal product placement and promotion
- Train store employees on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with inventory control team to ensure timely replenishment
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising or retail management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month plus benefits. This is a contract position for 6 months with potential for extension. As this position requires frequent travel within Dickirch, a valid biometric passport is required.
