Senior Architect - Sheduva, Lithuania


We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior Architect to join our growing team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into functional design concepts
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations for client approval
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans and specifications
- Mentor and guide junior architects in the team
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect in a reputable firm
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position. The role is open for both part-time and full-time candidates. Accommodation can also be provided if needed.
