Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Sheduva. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards. You will also mentor and supervise junior architects, collaborate with engineers and contractors, and manage project budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for new construction projects, from concept development to final plans
- Review project plans and designs to ensure they meet client requirements, budget constraints, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Mentor and supervise junior architects on their tasks and provide guidance as needed
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress of construction projects
- Prepare reports, proposals, presentations, and other project-related documents
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect working on commercial or residential projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, materials, methods of construction,
and structural design principles
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Experience managing project budgets is preferred
