Land Surveyor

A reputable construction company is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Khasab, Oman. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$. We are looking for individuals with experience in land surveying and proficiency in using surveying equipment and software.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to identify property boundaries, topographical features and other relevant information
- Use various surveying tools such as total stations, GPS receivers and laser scanners
- Prepare and maintain accurate field notes, records, maps and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations while working on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on construction sites or large infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with biometric passports for travel purposes
