Machine Operator

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Vilnius. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating various machines to ensure efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machinery according to specifications
- Inspect and troubleshoot machines to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns
- Monitor machine output and adjust settings as needed for quality control
- Record production data and report any issues or concerns to supervisors
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Good understanding of production processes and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
