Nepali Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nepali Chef to join our team in Hawalli. As a Nepali Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and delicious Nepalese dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. You will also be responsible for managing the kitchen, ordering supplies, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nepali Chef in a professional kitchen
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Nepalese cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in Nepali language
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic Nepalese dishes according to menu specifications
- Train new kitchen staff on traditional cooking techniques and recipes
- Create new dishes and menus while keeping up with current food trends
- Manage kitchen operations including ordering supplies, scheduling shifts, and maintaining equipment
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion sizes meet company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen at all times

Salary:
1600$ per month
