Senior Architect

We are searching for a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Atlanta. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other architects to develop innovative and sustainable designs that meet their needs and budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using various software
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 8 years experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients, team members, and contractors
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Leadership experience is preferred

We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month as well as opportunities for career growth within our company. This position is open to Egyptian candidates who have experience working as an architect in the United States or can obtain a visa sponsorship. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
