International Chef at Luxury Resort in Lusail, Qatar


We are seeking an experienced and skilled International Chef to join our team at a luxury resort in Lusail, Qatar. As an International Chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary talents and create exquisite dishes for our diverse clientele. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute menus based on international cuisine, using fresh and high-quality ingredients
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to established standards and recipes
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee the cleanliness of the kitchen area, ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new menu items and special event menus
- Address any customer concerns or complaints regarding food quality or service promptly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an International Chef in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Strong knowledge of various international cuisines with a focus on presentation, flavor profiles, and authenticity
- Ability to create unique and innovative dishes while also maintaining consistency with established menu items
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage kitchen staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Salary: $1500 per month
Location: Lusail, Qatar
