We are seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and holidays. Your role will also involve providing exceptional customer service to clients and maintaining the overall appearance of our flower shop.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and arranging floral displays according to client preferences and event themes
- Maintaining inventory of flowers, plants, and other materials
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs
- Managing orders, payments, and deliveries
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop
- Staying up-to-date with current trends in floral design and incorporating them into your work

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Florist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements
- Creativity and an eye for detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
