Junior Commercial Architect


A leading architecture firm in La-Condamine is seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Commercial Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial projects, such as office buildings, shopping centers, and hotels. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture and at least 2 years of experience in the commercial sector. Experience with AutoCAD and other design software is also required.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and budget
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and models using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is following design plans
- Communicate with contractors and suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time and within budget
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in construction technology
- Ensure all projects adhere to building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working on commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
