Merchandising Specialist

As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the overall appearance and layout of our store in Ar Rumaythiyah. Your main objective will be to increase sales through effective product placement and visual merchandising. You will work closely with the store manager to ensure that all products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner, with a focus on maximizing customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and design visual displays for new products, promotions, and seasonal changes
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of new merchandise
- Regularly review sales data to identify trends and make necessary adjustments to product placement
- Maintain a clean and organized store layout at all times
- Train and supervise other employees on visual merchandising techniques
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail sales preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for design
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Knowledge of current fashion trends is a plus

Salary:
As a full-time Merchandising Specialist, you will receive a salary of 1400$ per month. This position does not include accommodation.
