Senior Architect - Design and Planning Specialist



As a Senior Architect at our firm in Dickirch, you will be responsible for leading the design and planning of large-scale architectural projects. Working with a team of talented professionals from various disciplines, you will use your expertise to develop innovative and sustainable solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from conceptualization to construction documents for complex architectural projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop integrated design solutions
- Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with design intent
- Mentor and guide junior architects, providing constructive feedback and support in their professional development
- Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure designs are compliant and innovative

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 7+ years of experience in architectural design and planning, preferably on large-scale projects
- Proven track record of successfully leading project teams from concept through construction administration phase
- Strong knowledge of building codes, sustainability principles, and construction methods/materials
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of French is a plus

We offer a competitive salary package of 1000$ per month to the right candidate. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Candidates must have a valid work permit for Luxembourg.
