Senior Architect

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative designs that meet their requirements. You will oversee a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and models using specialized software
- Oversee a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review project proposals and provide recommendations for improvements
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.
