Junior Accountant

We are hiring a Junior Accountant to join our growing team in the city of Lom. This position is open to Filipinos who are fluent in English and have a keen interest in accounting. No prior experience is required, making it a great opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to start their career in accounting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently and have strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Review and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare tax returns and assist with audits
- Monitor cash flow and manage budgets
- Conduct basic financial analysis to identify discrepancies or trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or currently pursuing)
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks)
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: 1000$ per month

This position does not come with accommodation, so candidates must be able to provide their own housing. However, we do offer competitive salary packages and benefits, including health insurance.
