Mine Supervisor

As a Mine Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the mining operations in Eldoret, including managing a team of miners and ensuring production targets are met. You will also be responsible for maintaining safety protocols and regulations, as well as maximizing efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of miners, assigning tasks and providing guidance as needed
- Ensure production targets are met through effective scheduling and resource management
- Monitor equipment performance and maintenance to ensure smooth operations
- Implement safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Analyze data and make recommendations for improving efficiency and profitability
- Train new employees on mining techniques and safety procedures
- Communicate with upper management to provide updates on production, budget, and any issues that may arise
- Maintain records of production levels, equipment maintenance, and employee performance

Requirements:
- Previous experience in mining or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with employees at all levels
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols in the mining industry
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improving operations
- Willingness to work in remote locations with a physically demanding job environment

Salary: $1200/month (with potential for bonuses based on production)
Location: Eldoret, Kenya (visa sponsorship available)
