Crane Operator in Salalah, Oman


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites or in industrial settings. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials, equipment, and personnel.

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes such as mobile, tower, or overhead cranes based on job requirements.
- Inspect and maintain crane equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the crane.
- Read and interpret load charts to determine safe loading capacities.
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate lifts and ensure proper positioning of the crane.
- Use hand signals or radios to communicate with ground crew during lifting operations.
- Complete daily logs and reports on crane operations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Crane Operator in construction or industrial settings.
- Valid Crane Operator certification or license.
- Knowledge of different types of cranes and their capabilities.
- Ability to read load charts and follow lifting procedures.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception.
- Physical strength and stamina to operate the crane for long periods of time.
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with team members.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.

This position does not include accommodation. However, we can assist in finding suitable housing options in Salalah for our employees.

Visa & Ticket:
We provide free visa sponsorship for our employees. We also cover the cost of round-trip tickets from your home country to Salalah.

Language Requirements:
As this is an English-speaking job, proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage but not mandatory.
