Part-Time Carpenter



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team on a part-time basis in Dar Kulaib. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for someone looking to supplement their income.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine materials required and dimensions of structure or fixture
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
- Operate woodworking equipment such as saws, planers, and sanders to cut, shape, and smooth materials
- Assemble and fasten materials using nails, screws, staples or adhesives
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings etc.
- Repair damaged furniture or structures by replacing damaged parts or making necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in using hand tools (saws, chisels etc.) and power tools (drills)
- Good understanding of wood properties and other building materials
- Attention to detail with good measuring skills
- Physical stamina to work long hours standing or kneeling
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

The job is located in Dar Kulaib. Candidates from any nationality can apply.
